About Me
Hi, I’m Mathew Skeates, I’m a qualified personal trainer, and a firm believer in holistic and long-term body transformation.
What does that mean? It means evaluating both the physical, nutritional and lifestyle components that make up a healthy training plan. By taking every piece of the puzzle into account, you will see results that last, and more importantly, understand how they are achieved. I want to help you debunk the fitness myths, simplify the process, and achieve your goals.
I know the struggle of being overweight and having issues with my body. I battled with these insecurities throughout my youth. In overcoming these issues, I have gained a passion for helping others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I qualified in exercise science, and having been working as a trainer for the past 5 years, providing online and private coaching. My commitment is to offer you guidance, structure, accountability, and a boost in your confidence.
